Then Dick Clarke wasn't telling the entire truth, eh? Besides, wasn't the decision made on Sept 11th....I think they were all gone from the country within a short matter of hours. (24-48)...... I'm sure it is as you say in a well ordered, and functioning slowly government. Redundant systems prevail. Signatures, and more signatures, and more signatures required. Then more and more vetting. More signatures. That doesn't happen in the Government in a short period of time. Sometimes not even in a long period of time. If there were contingent plans before 9-11, I'd like to see what they were, and when they were made. Last Adm or this one. So far, we've seen no document nor set of documents that proves anything that Richard E. Clarke has said was true. I for one, would like to see actual documents.
