All depends not on what they do but HOW they say it.
Treasuries had a big rally ahead of the FOMC based on Chicago PMI. I am surprised stocks did not rally with that.

Treasuries already had there rally so maybe nothing happens after all is said and done.

In the end, after all is said and done, there is always far more said than done.
