I don't mind that approach. Pinpoint strikes are better than all-out regime change.

There is nothing wrong with regime change, especially when regime in question Saddam, but there may be better ways about it then the Iraq war.

Don't you think that people who already live in countries where freedoms are guaranteed have a certain obligation to people who live in chains?

We can't go to war with every dictatorship, but we should maintain at minimum some radio, TV or satellite broadcasts to people living in dictatorships, the same way US did to communist countries with Radio Free Europe, Voice of America.
