I did not suggest that it did. A previous poster had suggested that second round commitments to CDMA had been made thereby showing that the CEO's felt CDMA had met the initial claims. My note asked where those second round commitments had been made and as you said they havn't been. I also said even if a second commitment was made it did not necessarily mean that the technology hit its original claims.
