In my opinion, Bush did more harm to the country by outing a CIA agent in revenge to her husband, than Kerry did by giving testimony on the conditions in Vietnam.

Atrocities and prisoner abuse are un-American. Casting light on it is the right thing to do. Kerry was acting very patriotic by trying to stop atrocities. No soldier was harmed by Kerry's testimony. No position was given away. No intelligence gathering was harmed. No advantage what so ever was given to the enemy in any respect at all.

Bush's outing a CIA agent harmed not only that agent and all their contacts, but also harmed the entire organization for fear they may be outed next, and harmed the troops directly by hindering intelligence work. Funny how you blow the trumpet on the mount for Kerry's actions 33 years ago...yet you're mum when it comes to Bush's wrong doing...a few months ago.
