William F Buckley admits the obvious:

"With the benefit of hindsight, Saddam Hussein was not the kind of extra-territorial menace that was assumed by the administration one year ago," he said. "If I knew then what I know now ... I would have opposed the war."

MY COMMENT: If Buckley had been paying attention, he would have opposed the war BEFORE the invasion. At least he is honest enough to admit, that in hindsight, the war was a mistake ... it is amazing how many Bush supporters refuse to admit that much.
