So why didn't the rest of the media make some sort of fuss about the Judge who allowed Ryan's private business to enter the public fray?

Any are those same media going to go after Kerry's private papers? Or is the Chicago Tribune or 7ABC going to try to do it?

Why was it important to try for one, and not the other?
