Dom, Merrrill was involved with Orange Co BIG TIME. Orange Co Board Commission then sued Merrill Lynch. Merrill said that they had repeatedly warned that old gizzard ( forget his name ) who managed those losses but " he wouldn't listen '. Finally they settled out of court 6-8 months later. As a physician I am seriously becoming concerned about Tom Kerlak's noodles.Early Alzheimer's? After the Wall Street Journal write up last week he should have known by now THAT HIS FUTURE CREDIBILITY WAS RESTING, I say, RESTING, on THIN ICE! and that at the very least he should hav e avoide for at least another year or two another back to back flip-flop!!!!( I wander if he is also an amateur trampoline diver!! gg ). Instead no, here he goes again. I remember noe the old gizzards name from Orange Co; Mr Citron I think it was.
