Charlie, 16 megabit prototype... ...and they hope to compete with 4 gigabit flash? I don't think so. Stock up massively in 2004 primarily on speculation, it seems. With a market cap of $200 million (and a market cap of some small fraction of this in 2003) one wonders why IBM didn't just buy the technology, rather than licensing the IP.
