"...interesting conspiracy theory...." Oh no, it must be catching... Hillary made a big deal of staying out of the presidential race because she has her eye on 2008. The conservatives can't be beat in this race. But by 2008 there will be a readiness to pay more attention to domestic social issues, Bush will have to leave office and his agenda will have run its course. 2008 is primed for her. If she runs in 2004, she could blow it for 2008. She will stay on the sidelines with her pom poms for the Dem platform and her darts for the conservatives.
