You should read the series of posts which support
Moore's comments on the basis that Americans rank
low on academics and are otherwise not as informed
as folks in other countries about international matters.
One example given was the way news is handled.

They don't realize the irony of their statements.

The left has really controlled education for years
and the major media to which they refer also has
a decidedly liberal bias.

Ergo, if Americans are as stupid as Moore claims,
much of the blame goes to the very people touting
his beliefs....
