Since March, 2003, the general tone of the Iraqis has been thanks for getting rid of Saddam; now split. Those interviews are nothing new.

Isn't that what the plan has been, to see to it that Saddam and his Bathists are really out of power, empower the locals and leave? We are in process of doing just that.
