I suspect Hillary would not include the harm done by the tax increase into the summation.

If we had to have a Democratic President, I think I would prefer her to the other possible candidates. She would be a strong one, not afraid to take the measures overseas that are needed. Her domestic congressional battles would come out the same because the Republicans would not give her an inch. You would know what to expect, and she would know how to govern.
