1/2 page ad in Virginian Pilot today advertises the "Grand Weekend" at the two OTB's. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are many, many televised races to bet on. And the banner on the top of the ad reads... "Grand Opening 1 September at Colonial Downs" You have to love how the technicals are setting up for a run to $15-20 after the opening. Check the technicals with 4 and 16 day moving averages. The chart is a coiled spring, ready to pop!
