Why do you suggest that Bush was going to "fix" Europe's Muslim related tensions? Europe has problems that extend far beyond Osama bid Laden. Europe as a whole has done a poor job of integrating their Muslim communities into their societies. In comparison, while not perfect, the U.S. has done a far better job. Hardly a week goes by without the arrest of terror suspects in Europe. That is not the case here. Europe is going to get hit --and hit hard-- again.
