My friend, recall how Kerry pounded Dean in a Democratic Presidential debate where he consistently pounded Dean on why he is reluctant to release some papers related to his Governorship of Vermont. He was relentless in keeping up the heat on Dean during the debate. And Dean remained on the defensive through.

During Kerry's debate with Bush, I can see Kerry pounding Bush with the following:

"Mr. President, you owe us all an answer to this question: If we had put 136,000 troops into Afghanistan and left Iraq until later, do you believe, as I do, that our fighting men and women are so skilled that they could have crushed al-Qaida and captured bin Laden? Do you believe as I do that we would be safer today if you had stayed the course in the war on terror?"

Cannot wait for the debates to start and see Kerry begin to close in on the Presidency.
