Larry and DB,

Remember the market has to test a low two times before there is a real bounce. So Monday-Wednesday was a classic bull trap and you can see it in June/July 95 and Mar-Apr 96 and in 87 numerous times before the overreactive collapse on Black Monday. These are always shorting opportunities in the third day or so.

Anyways, the way to play DELL is one of two ways, cover at the 21 day moving average which is 82 or cover at the lower long term moving average which is around 76-78 point which is also the previous low. If you cover at 82 I would watch the stock and market to make sure we aren't going lower before going long in Dell. If you cover at 76-78 I think you can go long at that point because the technical buyers will jump back in providing good support.

Good luck Craig
