Right. At the heart of the rightwing's irrationality are ideas such as - if you lower taxes and spend more you somehow create more revenues and can end up balancing a budget. That is so dishonest, but they stick with it for two reasons. #1 is greedy of their rich contributors. The other is that they believe they cannot lose an election so long as they're promising lower taxes, deficits be damned. This time however, Kerry is not for raising taxes except on the rich. Therefore, they don't have the issue, but they falsely claim Kerry is going to raise our taxes anyway. Just a lie but they have no choice but to say it. They can't admit Kerry is a common sense moderate on taxation and more fiscally conservative.

Other big lies are: war = peace, pollution = jobs, Bush = America, opposing views are anti-American, and that you can win the war on terror without solving the Israeli problem and while remaining addicted to Saudi oil.
