Alternatively, I wouldn't be surprised if SFE spun off some of the TESI shares to SFE holders. This would increase the float and generate a de-facto new offering. Tax consequences might be different, but eventually they have to do something with TESI and CMPC other than selling on the open market.

Any comments?
