Thinking out loud here.....bpi DOES allieviate endotoxin mediated TNF (think tnf for a second), ....wouldnt it be something if bpi allieviated NON-endotoxin mediated TNF... Think about it... >a SAFE tnf inhibitor? Is there a need for that or what. Thats most likely a very very longshot , but enbrel, raptiva & bpi etc all might provide a desired cocktail when used in combo. Example >raptiva/skin, bpi skin inflamation Or how about all that bpi-anca in arthritis used in conjuction with enbrel or even raptiva. Believe me raptiva aint gonna get dismissed in Ra or PSA. The much more likely outcome is a CLEANER retest with an NOW-approved med. skd always
