Nice letter, but sad to say, reading it I realize that some things the military does today OR DOESNT DO, seems just as DUMB now as it did in my day!! When I was in Nam we couldnt do this, we couldnt do that, well, we all know how THAT turned out. Personally, I dont believe in committing our troops unless they can do ANYTHING they damn well please to protect themselves and accomplish their mission. (course I mean anything LEGAL) jdn
