Typical Bush lie repeated today:

Notice below GW never tells the truth, that Kerry is also for tax cuts and only wants the rich to pay a bit more. So the true statement for Bush would have been to say "Our first responsibility is to wealthy American families". But of course he makes it sound like Kerry will raise average peoples' taxes. Such a bald-faced deceiver.

"Our first responsibility is not to raise taxes on hardworking Americans," he said. "All of the tax relief we have passed should be made permanent, so families can continue to keep more of what they earn and businesses can plan for the future with confidence."

* By the way, will Bush ever tell us who's going to pay for his deficits? Is he talking permanent deficits, slashed government services and a further devalued dollar in exchange for the illusion that people are better off?
