Oh my C--I am SHOCKED!! I was aware of the local elections that have taken place in many of the cities and towns. In Kurdistan its all over and also in much of Southern Iraq. Didnt know about the troop pullback as the media is reporting the commanders on the ground are going to be asking for MORE troops up through the election. I suppose it all depends upon how fast and well the Iraqi security forces can be trained. I guess you heard Chirac is AGAIN giving Bush trouble on that, the ass doesnt even want NATO involved in training in country (which is prepostorous if you are talking training 10's of thousands) and now balking at training offshore. DONT BUY FRENCH. jdn
