The NATO countries will, indeed, come around on training. Chirac won't stop them. I don't buy the front that we are just letting Chirac jerk off the left at home-but I think he KNOWS that an American withdrawal from NATO not only means the end of NATO, but of their fabricated "European Union" as well. The mention of Bush to the Turks that they have the right to be EU members was a WARNING to Chirac, and I believe it was an effective one. The announcement that Jordan and Yemen are "willing" to supply troops (a ridiculous proposition on its face) was additional back up for that warning.

You are one of a tiny FEW who has been watching closely enough to know about the local elections that took place in Iraq. I believe that our media will ultimately be called to account for their reporting of this liberation with less integrity than Izvestia and Tass used to have...
