"NPR" is funny, all those congressional budget funnies, plus the begging sprees.

However, it is true that one gets what one pays for..
(we are paying some $150 per year, no commercials, no begging sprees, nor corporative sponsoring and $150 per year seems to be pretty exactly what it takes to produce some information)

PS Additionally, this little constitutional thing, about "informed citizens" and our "NPR", while the commercial ones are free to do whatever they seem to need to get some advertisement revenue..
