Ted, Apparently, that's what you want to believe because its not the reality.

I'll refer back to the David Brooks editorial entitled "The Presidency Wars":

It's no surprise that conservatives call it a good article, while liberals think Brooks is wrong, because right now Bush is the target of the "Presidency Wars." If Kerry gets elected and starts drawing the criticism of Republicans, watch as the positions reverse.
