Tom -- I'm looking around on the web to try to find out the REASONS why Merrill downgraded TXN to see if he says anything that makes any sense. If anyone else has that information, I'm sure many of us would appreciate a post. Also I saw an analyst from Gruntal (spelling?) on cnnfn around 11 am -- she said their firm still rates TXN as a buy. Angela
