I had the same experience as another poster here. Service rep at Lombard said after I order the cert I can't trade until delivery of the cert in 3-6 weeks(!!!) I asked him to confirm and he went away then came back and corrected himself that it is only after the cert is DELIVERED to me that I cannot trade (which is because I am trading in a cash account only). If you run into this type of resistance, make sure you ask for somebody more senior in the organization to clarify. -R
