Our Good Will with the public of our traditional allies have gone down as much if not more than George Bushes approval ratings in the United States.

Do you want to give other countries a veto over our foreign policy? Should we take a poll of French sentiment before we go after terrorists?

These Militant Islamists have picked us as their number one target. We have no choice but to take them out. The French, German, and Russian Governments don't want to be part of what we are doing. No amount of "diplomacy" will make them join us. It is not just Iraq, they wanted no part of Afghanistan either. They are not worried about an Islamic Nuke, they figure it will be used on Israel or us, not them.

You are looking though the wrong end of the tube, IMO. These people should be more concerned about our "goodwill."
