Thanks, Will. IXYS looks like a great company on paper but they keep screwing up. Last year they had to restate earnings due to inventory mistakes and this year their auditors found more holes in their inventory. I think the stock is VERY attractive at the current price, assuming the analysts' estimates aren't too agressive. They have been growing the top line at the expense of the bottom line and that's not going to endear you to the street.

I own the stock, so I'm biased but I do think that the risk/reward equation has tilted toward taking the risk. With record revenues every quarter it seems like a no-brainer to buy with a trailing price to sales of less then 1 and a half. I will move on with most or all of my investment if they fail to show serious bottom line profits this quarter. They have missed eps guidance for the last 3 quarters in a row, so I believe it's time to "make it happen". I've done pretty well in the market the past couple of years, so if this one doesn't pan out the way I expect, it won't put too much of a dent in my portfolio.

Do you follow the stock?
