Of course.

My point all along has been that we don't.

The problem is we don't. We are not turning away qualified enlistees. We cannot get enough. Therefore we need the draft.

I said in the very beginning of this little debate that I believe military end strength is being manipulated by recruiting command's ability to get volunteers rather than current needs.

I do not believe we could increase active duty strength by even 5% without the draft.
