hi fuzzy- we haven't smoked any as yet, but the guy holding the fish has. he's from oregon and spends four to five months in masset - has a boat, a smoker - the works. and he makes great smoked salmon - dry and sweet. they call it indian candy. when we're up there full time we'll get into that stuff. right now there's barely enough time to go fishing. how was your weekend? did you work it? nana's home since friday. really tired - sleeps most the time. and when she's up, questions why she has to take all those pills and what did they give her to make her lose her appetite - and how come she's not feeling better and maybe she'll just not take those pills any more. it's been .... very hard. -rose
