I like salmon smoked both Indian and Jewish. Is it only Jewish people who smoke salmon, since the Amerinds are one of the 10 lost tribes, at least according to Cat Ballou's father, which is a good enuf authority for me? I am prepared for the fact that there won't be as much salmon on this cruise as there was in Alaska; probably lox, but not dry, nor fresh. Too bad.I don't expect I'll see smoked hanging in storefronts, either.
