Which simply illustrates your ignorance and lack of thought because there actually are some recent examples of European nations formed peacefully. How about the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and all the nations that came out of the former Soviet Union?

But the truth is that most of them prior to that were wither united at the hands and sword of some would be king or dictator who conquered his neighbors, or had to fight some other nation to secede or to be allowed to unite.

For apparently not being an American, you certainly claim to know a lot about us. Not much that is true, though.

As for the civilization and constitution if you didn't read the constitution written under the influence of the "monster and tyrant" you will not understand culture which is part of civilization of Iraq until you'll read it and UNDERSTAND.
