I can (and have mentioned) some outright lies by Moore that can't be disputed. Can you do that with Rush? How about Rush's claim (in 1994) that nicotine has not been proven addictive? (Surgeon General reports in 1988 on nicotine addiction leave little to imagination) If you are not going to argue that he is in fact too ignorant to know the facts and too dumb to look them up, I guess the only remaining option is that he was indeed lying.
