Hong Lu, on Bloomberg TV, says UTS will do in India what they did in China. Says "we are already with Reliance, Bharti, BNSL, Tata"... but he fails to say that the work for them is NOT in PAS, where he makes his money. The prospects for PAS in India are completely different from China, especially considering that mobile prices to users are the lowest in the world, not to mention that his political connections in India are not what they are in China. CEO Hong is b-s'ing about this company. Not a good sign.
