sorry, not buying it...and you know this already...that entrepeneurism and risk taking is not based on illegal, amoral and unethical behavior. Perhaps we have failed to understand each other. The root of this response was "tort reform," incompetency, and unintended consequences. I agree with you w/r/t to unintended consequences of normal business activity, but not otherwise (i.e. torts, incomp., crimes, etc.) Haps.
