To be so very supportive of the offering implies one of three things IMO:

1)You know the specific reason behind the offering and thus probably can't share that info(NDA). I can understand.

2)You have such a very strong idea what management has in mind that you can be this supportive, even in the face of not knowing 'officially'.

3)You are 'flat-out, unreservedly, categorically totally supportive' of any management decision based on their past record and thus have complete faith in their ability to put the money to good use.

Which of the above, if any, best describes your feelings about the offering? If, by chance, item #2 best describes your undying enthusiasm for the offering, would you care to share with us what it is that you think WIND is going to do with this money? TIA,
