I don't think a 1% dent will be noticed. As I heard Bill Clinton point out recently, the Chinese, with an average family income far below ours, are funding our deficits (lucky thing there are a lot of them!) -- that's got to be a sign of something amiss. JMHO. Charles Tutt (SM)
