elections.

have an approximated cost of 24 million dollars, while the agreement
for the regional elections will ascend to 28 million dollars. The 15
of March, the comicial being signed with Smartmatic the contract of
transaction of 20 thousand units of voting, model AES-3000, with
technology touch screen: sensible screens to the tact. The amount in
agreement ascended to 63.541.307 million dollars. The operation was
detachhed of the following way: $27.148.586 by the voting equipment;
$22.331.414 by the licenses of firmware of electronic voting;
$5.830.000 by 44 thousand electronic tickets; _ $2.200.000 by system
of endorsement and energy in the 50% of the machine, $458,040 in
hardware of totalización and $5.573.626 in software.
Additionally the CNE will take from the additional credit 3.2
millardos of bolivars to develop the institutional campaign that will
