Could someone post a link to the 10Q. For some reason, I can't get search to work on edgar. Stock is down again today. One possibility for the run up the other day was excitement over improved earnings/losses. Maybe after the details got out, there wasn't so much to be excited about. I'm thinking the recently posted S3 was part of management's settlement with creditors. You know, they were trying to settle for .40 on the dollar. Now, if management got a settlement, how would the reduction in debt be posted to the balance sheet? As an increase in revenues? That would account for the .01 loss vice the larger loss expected. If that's the case, then there is not reason to believe we've yet turned the corner and the losses won't be larger the next few quarters. Since I'm not an expert in accounting and I havent' seen the 10Q, this is only speculation. Let me know what you think.
