Today the market traded lower with an increased spread on higher volume, ending the day in the bottom third of it's spread in a nearly oversold condition. Supply continued to exert it's influence with some demand coming in late in the day.

As mentioned in the weekend report the bears best case scenario continues to play out. Continued evidence of supply from the speculative interests has been joined by supply from the investors group. While the latter hasn't thrown in the towel continued pressure from the speculators group could draw them in.

Todays action finds the market below some key support areas. The bulls need see at least some effort on part of the speculators to re-enter on the demand side in the next few days. Basically todays action confirms most of the weekend reports concerns for the bulls.
