US Steel recently divested itself of all it's mining properties in N. Minnesota. Brilliant move. Tough to compete with Union labor in steel production. I expect us to be out of the automobile manufacturing business in 30 years. China will flood the market. The scrap business has done extremely well, as has the bulk shipping business. "commodities for the Mills of China."
