just something to take off with, something that Siegall and Fell felt they could run with that's my guess as I don't know the exact history, my read is sgn-15 (or 30) is a BMS spinout. It does seem they pushed it along for quite a while over the past couple years, but recently seem to have made some progress with the ADC and ADEPT technologies that could have an impact. If it does, then it could be interesting, otherwise they go to 0.
