Kerry is smart enough to ensure that Arab troops are also stationed in Iraq and that Arab construction companies are also involved in Iraq's rebuilding. The Senior did a very good job of this by involving the armies of countries such as Egypt in Desesrt Storm. Senior also made sure that Israel was excluded. And Kerry is going to do just that. That is what foreign policy experience is all about. The Senior's 16 years experience as the head of CIA is what stood him in good stead to be the actual "leader" in Desesrt Stor,. Today, Junior is not that adept at foreign policy. Hence he has to rely very heavily on the "Trio of Evil"; Cheney-Rumsfeld-Wolfowitz for foreign policy advice. With Kerry it will be back to the days of Senior in foreign policy. Kerry does not need Edwards for that.
