You make bold statements -- but they are unfounded. The inspectors found and oversaw the destruction of Saddam's weapons -- that is the fact. What was at issue was the paperwork for what was left over and anything where the paperwork was not acceptable was assumed to still exist -- this turned out to be an incorrect assumption to say the least. The UN inspectors disarmed Iraq a long, long time ago.
