That's a big if- especially since there is no evidence to date that Saddam was ever working against the US- in the same was as, say, Al Qaeda. And the costs for taking out iffys is not worth what we've squandered in Iraq- especially when it could have been spent on real non-if terrorist threats directed (with no ifs) against the US.

I know you believe your ifs, but you still, I hope, realize they are pretty big ifs.
