PT, the SEC takes care of itself - like all government agencies. Don't expect much from them. Just make sure you pay your taxes.

I hope Rymer will do a turn-around. I'm not holding stock at this time, but I have lost some in the past.

There may be some good chances to make short term money after the reverse split. Keep watching the news and reading the 10-Q. The chart should tell us something by January.
