I'm way more conservative than Bush is on economics.
I'm tougher on terrorism than Bush is.
I'm for more tax cuts for those who create US jobs.
I'm not even for gay civil unions much less marriage, not for illegal immigrant rights, not for affirmative action (but against descrimination) and not for any government hand-outs including corporate welfare.
I am however for a clean environment, getting gradually off oil, for honesty in government, for cracking down on corporate lobbyists and crooks like Ken Lay, for womens rights, decriminalizing marijuana, cracking down on windfall profiteers esp in the health care and drug field and for working with our allies, not against them. I am for a much smarter and stronger government, for balancing the budget on the backs of those who can easily afford it, also for cutting spending, and against the government looking into my private personal life. Most of all, I am for unity, honesty and responsibility. Some of my best friends are Republicans and I can tell you many of them are sick to death of this dhsonest divisive Bush administration. |
