David read through the posts and you will answer your own question...
to be legally correct, since E_trade now analysis everything I write, for their lawyers I can say this.....
In my opinion E-Trade is making very big mistakes and illegally practicing as a brokerage firm, one without morals, self discipline and self worth, anyone that wants to place an account with them should first come here and see the public information and status of their track record. It is all public information. (S.E.C., Media, N.A.S.D. is also reading all posts here)

P.S. To E*Trade.....E-Trade I never started the thread about or titled "Thievery at E-Trade" , maybe you should reconsider holding against me your threat to sue and read who it was whom started this thread, for it was not me. And to everyone else....Yes they did do this threat, they also threatned me about illegal taping of their phone calls, everyone record and save everything you do with this company, just to be safe. It is what every father would say. Father's know best! To E-Trade I will be contacting your "5 Lawyers soon" Please read the facts.....

To the media thanks for your hard work!
